In honor of Halloween, I wanted to share a photo of the Flat Rib rug installed at our favorite Los Angeles showroom, Thomas Lavin.  It is the perfect pop of color for fall.

Peter Margonelli Opening - Nov 2nd

If you do not know his name you have for sure seen the beautiful photos by Peter Margonelli on the pages of your glossy interior magazines. He is having a show of his new "exterior" photographs with an opening this coming Wednesday if you can make it. Peter describes this new series as "Blurred photos shot through the windows of trains and cars as they moved through the landscape both in America and in Italy.  They are images of fleeting moments that exist more in the realm of a daydream and create something not seen by the eye necessarily but maybe the mind’s eye."

We are very pleased to announce our new Abacus Collection of rugs. With this bold collection, Rosemary continues to explore the experience of texture, combining a strong sculptural contrast in hand-knotted fibers with the accessibility and durability of flatweaves. Nate Berkus is an American interior designer and product designer. Berkus runs the Chicago publications such as ELLE Décor, US Weekly, People, O Magazine, Lucky, InStyle and House Beautiful. In 2005, Berkus’s first book “Home Rules” was a New York Times Best Seller. In 2010, he became the host of his own weekday talk show, The Nate Berkus Show.

“I am honored to be selected as one of the designers chosen to participate in this fantastic charity. We really wanted our chair to be a culmination of the things we love: an antique textile and leather cording juxtaposed with a shot of a modern, vibrant color and a classic wool boucle. We treated the Swan chair as though it was going in our own home by making it feel chic, yet comfortable and well-assembled.”
